To register your child with Creating Future Stars, simply complete and return the registration form, as well as the emergency contact form which can be found through the ‘Forms’ link on our home page. You can then use the booking system below to view and book available sessions for your chosen day.

Payment Methods

Creating Future Stars accepts payment by credit or debit card and childcare vouchers ONLY. We do not accept cash payment for a booking.

Creating Future Stars accept the following childcare vouchers:

Childcare Tax Credits
